Buble becomes The Voice mentor

Michael Buble and Mary J. Blige are now the advisors of NBC’s popular show The Voice in the forthcoming season. NBC revealed that Michael Buble will be the guest mentor of the team of country singer Blake Shelton. The singer has won 3 Grammys in his music career and sold over thirty million albums across the world.

Blige, the Powerhouse R&B singer has signed as a montor and advisor for the team of Adam Levine. Mary J. Blige, with 4 American Music Awards and 9 Grammy Awards to her name, will have much experience and wisdom to share with all the aspiring singers.

While speaking to a leading magazine, Levine told that he has always been a huge fan of Mary J. Blige. So it has been great having her on The Voice as an adviser to his team.
The announcement regarding Blige's role on the popular show comes on heels of her declaration of her tour with D'Angelo , the R&B singer that will start on 18th August. Recently, she also was a part of the movie musical named Rock of Ages.

As mentors, both Buble and Blige will meet with all the contestants and hand them suggestions before the performances. The channel has not announced the mentors for the teams of Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green, till now. Therefore, one can certainly expect to see other big names from the music industry to be a part of The Voice. The 3rd season premiers on NBC on 10th September.
